Release summary 

UT Drupal Kit 3.13.1 is an interim release outside of the normal bi-monthly maintenance release cycle. This release contains a bugfix for an uncommon scenario involving the Google Tag Manager module. For details, review the GitHub issue linked in the “All Changes” section below.

Update actions for existing sites 

Sites should update to 3.13.1, regardless of whether they have been updated to 3.13.0 already or not. There are no additional manual update steps required for this update.
