Release summary 

UT Drupal Kit 3.19.1 is an interim release outside of the normal bi-monthly maintenance release cycle. This release fixes a single bug introduced in the 3.19.0 release by the update to version 2.0.0 of the Responsive Tables Filter module. That version contains a bug that prevents content from being edited under certain conditions. The 3.19.1 release reverts to version 1.18.0 of Responsive Tables Filter, which will resolve the issue until the bug is resolved by the module maintainers in a future release.
